Release Time:2026/6/16 16:27:35 Category:Company News
UV curing process
UV ink is suitable for scenarios that require immediate drying, such as printing on cosmetic bottle bodies. Its advantage is solvent-free volatilization, but it requires UV lamp curing equipment and has weak adhesion to certain plastic materials (such as PP)
Flexographic printing
Flexographic ink is thinner and more uniform, suitable for scenes such as food packaging that are sensitive to ink layer thickness. However, ordinary oily formulas may migrate to food contact surfaces, and special attention should be paid to the safety of additives
heat transfer process
Heat transfer ink emphasizes high temperature resistance and is commonly used for textile printing. Ordinary ink is prone to decomposition and discoloration during transfer printing at 200 ℃
